Vision/Graphics Software Engineer
Scalable Display Technologies is hiring for full time positions in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
We write machine vision and graphics algorithms in order to make multiple projectors into gigantic, eye-catching displays. For example, we make software that goes in 737 simulators, planetariums and runs 100 million pixel displays.
If you would like to hack with a bunch of MIT alumni, work with cutting edge software and hardware, and literally have your ideas become a big, bright reality, drop us an e-mail.
We do a lot of graphics and machine vision, but, we have openings at all levels -- from junior software engineers up to Ph.D.'s in machine vision.
We are looking for:
* People who like to hack
* Proficiency in C++
* Efficient problem solving skills
* Someone not afraid of learning new skills, perhaps a new language.
* Some experience working in a team
* Some experience in industry (perhaps an internship)
* Proficiency in .NET a plus, but not necessary.
* Proficiency in OpenGL/DirectX a plus, but not necessary.
Compensation includes stock options, competitive salary, and health insurance
